With less than a month until campers arrive, the caretakers of Manitou are hard at work preparing for the summer. As of this past weekend, the waterfront docks are assembled, the fields have been mowed (Uncle Joel even visited to give suggestions on Peckham Park) and new beds are being assembled. This week, the staff will be hard at work unloading equipment that’s been stored in Alumni Hall (such as bleachers, boats, and even a couple of vehicles). The weather has been fantastic so far; stay on the look out for additional photos of pre-camp.
